The management and supervisory personnel of Alsay Incorporated have an average of 25 years of experience in the water well industry.  We use our experience base to provide complete water well systems on a turnkey basis, offering the comprehensive range of services required to provide professionally designed, constructed and maintained municipal and industrial water wells.  We perform water well drilling for municipalities, municipal utility districts and a variety of large industrial clients.  Alsay has the capability to provide every element of a water well system, including test hole drilling, well casing and screen selection and installation, gravel packing, grout sealing, well development and testing, pump selection, and equipment sales and installation.  Our fleet of drilling and service rigs, which is the largest in our region, gives us complete coverage of South Texas and beyond, with rapid response capabilities.

Water well drilling requires the integration of hydrogeology and engineering with the techniques of well drilling, because the drilling methods, size and type of equipment depend upon the depth of the wells and geological formations encountered at the project site.  Alsay Incorporated has extensive well archives and equipment in addition to technical personnel to determine geological conditions and aquifer characteristics in our market area, enabling us to assist in well design and location.

Water Well Servicing

Periodic repair and maintenance of well equipment is required during the life of a well and is critical for continued, safe operation. Alsay is familiar with all types of well construction and provides repair, maintenance and rehabilitation services to our customers. Our services are available on a rapid-response basis for emergencies.

Alsay Incorporated offers complete repair and maintenance services for existing wells, pumps and related equipment.  We provide these services to municipalities, municipal utility districts and a variety of large industrial clients.  Alsay provides water well drilling and services in South Texas using our extensive service rig capability.  In addition to well service rigs, Alsay provides downhole closed circuit televideo inspections (one of the most effective methods for investigating water well problems), enabling us to diagnose and respond more quickly to well and maintenance problems.  Our trained and experienced personnel can perform a variety of well rehabilitation techniques, including chemical and mechanical methods, bacteriological well evaluation, and water chemistry analysis.  We also have the capability and inventory to repair, in our own machine shops, water well pumps (regardless of manufacturer), well screens, well casings, booster pumps, gear drives, electrical motors, and related equipment.  Alsay maintains an inventory of pumps and motors for emergency / rental use by water well owners needing rapid restoration of water capacity while their pumps and motors are being serviced.
