We are currently accepting Applications for the following positions:

 

Diesel Mechanic
Requirements: Minimum 5 years trucks &/ equipment experience. Own tools required.
Starting Pay:Pay depends on experience.
Benefits include Medical/Dental insurance & 401(k).

 

 

Water Well Driller
Requirements: Texas State Water Well Driller License; must be able to manage a crew of Roughnecks; mud rotary drilling experience required.
Starting Pay: $15.50 per hour
Currently the normal workweek is 56 hours: Monday-Thursday with 12-hour shifts; 8-hour shift on Friday.
May be required to work night shift.
Weekend work may be required from time-to-time.
You normally will drive straight to the well site from your residence - reliable transportation is required.
Drillers are paid "gas pay" for wells that are over 5 miles from the Houston shop.
Most of the wells drilled are in the Houston vicinity, but Alsay also drills wells in other parts of the state.
The company pays a "per diem" for "out-of-town" work (hotel room is free).
